Filmmaker & Producer
Felix Audu
I’m a filmmaker and producer working across narrative films, commercials and creative technology.
My work spans story, direction, production and post. At Realisator Studios, I bring that filmcraft to virtual production and generative AI, extending filmed material and exploring new visual possibilities with human performance at the centre.

Selected work
Tauschgeschäfte (working title)
An action comedy built around filmed performances, with selective generative AI enhancements. I produced the film and developed and directed all three action sequences, from the first choreography to the edit and AI-enhanced shots.

Emotional Sparring
Barry and Mello step into the ring for a sparring session. Barry struggles with his impulsiveness and takes it more seriously than intended. No grading yet.
00:59Production notes
Around two hours were available for ring setup, blocking and filming, leaving roughly one hour to shoot. The fight was subsequently extended using a mix of generative AI tools. Seedance was the main tool across the project.
I cast and coached the action performers, designed the choreography, coordinated stunts, budgets and safety, and directed the action on set. I also led the action edit, sound work and decisions on AI enhancements.
Drama and action shared a four-day shoot. With limited time for separate setups and actors who were not trained fighters, the action still had to feel convincing and serve the characters.
I planned the physical action and essential coverage first, then used selective AI inserts and enhancements to extend impact, exhaustion and shot coverage. I rejected more exaggerated effects when they broke the film’s realistic tone. These clips show the work in progress, not the final finish.

Main campaign film
Five distinct scenarios. The main film is shown here, alongside a campaign of four additional films with alternative colourways and versions.

Talent sourcing
I led the client discussions, shaped scope and pricing, directed the action and coordinated talent sourcing. Generative production and finishing were a studio team effort.
Gen AI workflowKling · Veo
A mix of generative image and video tools, selected for each shot.
Create a campaign around an AI-generated younger interpretation of Chuck Norris, across five distinct scenarios and additional versions.
I used filmed choreography as a reference for the generated action and directed execution within the agreed production scope. The main film above is part of the resulting studio campaign.

Reference-to-video prompting
I choreographed and performed source movement, then used reference-to-video prompting to transfer it into the generated fight, including its finishing move.
Set in Bangkok’s underground fight world, Bloody Lotus follows Nalina “Lotus” Jones as family tragedy draws her into a cycle of violence and revenge.

Character and environment references, iterative shot generation, compositing and editing.
Keep a distinctive piece of choreography readable when transferring filmed movement to an AI-generated character. I used the physical performance as the reference for the generated action, rather than relying on a text description alone.

VOIA
My contributionPartnership development
Workflow evaluation & showcase production
The filmed performance is the starting point. Voia’s live composite lets the team see it within the virtual environment during capture and judge blocking, framing and camera movement on set. Separate mattes, depth maps, normals and image passes keep the shot editable in post.

Nine-stage fight breakdown
Captured action moves through virtual environments, lighting changes, character replacement and additional scene elements.
I initiated and negotiated Realisator’s ongoing Voia partnership, trained with the team in Sunnyvale and organised a Berlin workflow showcase. The breakdowns above are studio demonstrations; Voia supplies the capture and virtual-production technology.
How can a filmed performance move into a virtual scene while remaining useful in the edit? I evaluate performance, framing and continuity through the on-set composite and editable image, depth and matte passes, then assess where AI enhancement helps the shot.
An ongoing technology partnership and a showcase for 50–60 film professionals, generating warm leads.
Aether
From script to virtual sets.
My contributionLeading workflow development & testing
I’m spearheading script-to-environment workflow tests with Aether through our strategic partnership at Realisator Studios: exploring how screenplay scenes become directable 3D environments for hybrid filmmaking.
I evaluate how those environments can support filmed performances and generative shots.
Currently in testing.
